The superior room we stayed in was spacious, especially the bathrooms designed to look like a ship's cabin. It felt cozy and unique! ⚓

The superior room here is practical and the beds are very comfy, with brilliant food and excellent service also.

The breakfast was great on the deck and had variety of food. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Musee du Platin Museum was exceptionally nice and perfect. Restaurants and bars were walking distance to the place.

Located near the charming ruins of a great abbey and with a stunning view of the sea, this hotel offers spacious rooms with practical amenities and friendly service. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant with its delicious food and great selection of wines, as well as rent bicycles to explore the quaint fishing village nearby.

Some guests have reported that the hotel may need some updates and renovations, particularly the bathroom fixtures and room furniture.

We have stayed there on many occasions and have always been made welcome, and the Hotel is in such a fantastic setting.

Initially no food available on our arrival (14.30) as kitchen closes 14.15. Bit Fawlty Towers, but then salad became possible and the day was saved! Room (cottage classique) a little small. Also stuffy, especially on arrival, but just needed a good airing Prices a little steep (but NB this true all over the Ile de Re) Pool area dominated by noisy children at times and therefore not a relaxing atmosphere

The location of this hotel is simply mind-blowing, right on the seafront but away from the busy crowds. You can reach the charming town of La Flotte in just a 5-minute walk. The staff here are SUPER friendly and professional, always ready to assist you. The swimming pool area is jaw-dropping, beautifully designed with guests' comfort in mind. The food in the dining room is delicious, offering a wide range of options and creating a positive ambiance. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds and nice bathrooms. The spa facilities are top-notch, meeting all expectations of a 5-star spa. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Really enjoyed to spend 2 days in our practical superior king room with breakfast or sun bathing, private balcony for breakfast or sun bathing and nice terrasse: D

Garden rooms were excellent ours had very private garden. Pool and loungers were fantastic. Location near to village centre and on the beach was fabulous.

When paying this much for a room it seems petty to charge so much extra for a very basic petit-dejeuner. We chose to visit the local boulangerie each morning for a selection of items at a fraction of the price. Would have liked to have seen more staff around the pool asking if we needed drinks snacks etc.

Ideal hotel that has great location to ruins of a great abbey. Extremely comfy bed in double room with an individual safe, air conditioning and a minibar. The views over garden.
